Sharp, well-lit, single clear subject, 9:16 framing if you want vertical. Avoid heavy filters, text overlays, or screenshots — those tend to confuse the model.

The upstream model has a content safety policy. Anything sexual / violent / featuring identifiable real people in private contexts gets blocked. Credits are refunded automatically — try a different photo or rephrase the prompt.

Cost varies by duration and resolution — the Generate button shows the exact credits before you submit. Free plan: 30 credits at signup. Plus & Pro plans grant a fresh credit pack every billing period; unused credits expire at period end (so use them or they're gone).

Subscriptions are managed by your App Store / Google Play account. Open the store → Subscriptions → Swoopen → Cancel. You keep access until the period ends.

Typically 20–90 seconds. Longer durations and busier upstream traffic mean more wait. If a generation fails or stalls past 30 minutes, we automatically refund your credits.
